Experience
I have completed 4 years of Post Graduate training in Psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis at Metanoia Institute, London. I am currently completing an MSc in Transactional Analysis which will lead me to be:
* Accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
* Accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
For six years I have worked with people of varied race, sexuality, age and backgrounds. In addition to my work in private practice, I work as a psychotherapist and counsellor in a local GP service in Clapham. I have worked for the mental health organisation MIND, for Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service and for Ealing Abbey Counselling Service.
I also have four years experience as a mentor for business colleagues at the BBC, and for young adults at the Haringey Young Carers Project. I have a special interest in parenting and family issues.
